Visakh Rajkumar and Vignesh Rajkumar acquired 32,00,000 shares of Cella Space Limited from Rajkumar Sivathanu Pillai on August 27, 2026, at a price of Rs 30 per share, resulting in a total acquisition of 15.88% of the company's diluted share capital. Following the transaction, Visakh Rajkumar holds 19,62,186 shares, representing 9.74% of Cella Space Limited’s total share capital, while Vignesh Rajkumar holds 20,25,176 shares, representing 10.05%, compared to Rajkumar Sivathanu Pillai’s holdings of 72,61,205 shares, which is 36.03% of the total share capital.
