Federal Bank allotted over 130,000 equity shares under various employee stock schemes

Federal Bank announced the allotment of 17,264 equity shares under its ESOS 2010 Scheme, 1,23,653 equity shares under its ESOS 2017 Scheme, and 2,970 equity shares under its ESIS 2023 Scheme, all with a face value of Rs 2 each, to option grantees on August 30, 2026, as approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee.
