Mankind Pharma confirms Bharat Anand's departure as Independent Director, committee resignations effective August 30, 2026

Mankind Pharma Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that Bharat Anand has ceased to be an Independent Director with effect from August 30, 2026, following the completion of his second term, and has also resigned from the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
