Organic Recycling Systems Limited will convene a board meeting on Wednesday, September 02, 2026, to consider a proposal for raising funds in one or more tranches through the issue of shares and/or convertible securities via preferential allotment/private placement, subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances.
