Oval Projects Engineering Limited will hold a board meeting on September 3, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. via audio-visual means to consider a proposed dividend and approve the draft notice for the company’s 13th Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2025-26, which will be conducted through Video Conference and Other Audio Visual Means, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company also stated that the trading window for Designated Persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting.
