CCME Global Limited plans a 1:10 stock split to broaden investor accessibility

CCME Global Limited, formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited, announced preferential allotments of shares to acquire 52% stakes in CCME UAE and Interlink, alongside acquisitions of other entities involving Managing Director Poonam Chaturvedi and others. The company’s authorized share capital is INR 200 crore, with an issued and subscribed share capital of INR 196.32 crore and a paid-up share capital of the same amount, comprising 19.63 crore shares with a face value of INR 10 each. To enhance liquidity and broaden investor accessibility, CCME Global Limited plans a 1:10 stock split within the current fiscal year, which will increase the number of equity shares to 196.32 crore with a face value of INR 1 per share. The acquisitions and stock split are being formally disclosed in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.
