JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures Limited issues warrants totaling Rs 1,43,81,250 to seven entities

JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures Limited has allotted 23,01,000 fully convertible warrants at a price of Rs 25 per warrant on a preferential basis to seven non-promoter entities, including Purnima Sharma, Sunny Bakshi, and Fresh Impact Labs Private Limited, receiving Rs 6.25 per warrant as subscription amount, totaling Rs 1,43,81,250. The allotment, approved by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, allows warrant holders to convert them into equity shares within 18 months by paying a warrant exercise price of Rs 18.75 per warrant.
