Sterling Greenwoods Limited re-appoints Kinjal Shah as Secretarial Auditor for 2026-27

Sterling Greenwoods Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Kinjal Shah, Practicing Company Secretary, with certificate of practice no. 21716 and membership no. F7417, as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and M/S. M.P. Sutaria & Co. as Internal Auditor for the same financial year, following a board meeting held on August 29, 2026. The company also appointed CS Kinjal Shah as a scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and the appointments were made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
