Maruti Infrastructure shareholders approved director changes at their August 29 meeting

Maruti Infrastructure Limited informed the BSE that shareholders at the company's 32nd Annual General Meeting on August 29, 2026, approved the redesignation of Mr. Chetan A. Patel as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective September 1, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Paritosh Jitendra Patel as an Independent Director for five years, commencing May 30, 2026, to May 29, 2031.
