Golkunda Diamonds forms Golkunda Retail India to expand jewellery operations in Maharashtra

Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Golkunda Retail India Private Limited, in the State of Maharashtra, effective August 28, 2026, subscribing to 100% of its share capital, which amounts to Rs 25 lakh. The company stated the incorporation is intended to strengthen its presence in the Indian jewellery market, diversify revenue streams, and create long-term value for stakeholders through expansion of domestic jewellery manufacturing operations, while Arvind Kanti Kumar Dadha and Ashish Kantikumar Dadha have been appointed as directors of the new entity.
