The board also approved the re-appointment of Director Mr. Chirag Kirtikumar Shah, and the regularization of appointments for Directors Mr. Pradip Sudhakarbhai Birewar, Mrs. Lata Gaurav Kimtani, Mr. Manthan Gumansinh Thakor, and the appointment of Mr. Naishadh Dineshbhai Modi as Managing Director and CFO, all subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
