Gogia Capital Growth Limited appoints Raj K. Sri & Co as auditors for five years

Gogia Capital Growth Limited, formerly Gogia Capital Services Ltd, said its board approved the appointment of M/s Raj K. Sri & Co as statutory auditors for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting in 2026 until the AGM in 2031. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Shubham Aggarwal and Ms. Mansi Kabra as independent directors for five years, subject to shareholder approval, and reclassified certain promoters, including Mr. Satish Gogia and M/s Satish Gogia HUF, to the “Public” category, alongside classifying Mr. Ankur Gogia as a promoter/promoter group.
