Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited that its 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and the book closure will be from Saturday, September 12, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to determine the eligibility of shareholders for a final dividend of Rs 1.80 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each, representing 18% for the financial year April 01, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
