Jhaveri Credits and Capital seeks shareholder approval for increased borrowing limits

Jhaveri Credits and Capital Limited informed the BSE on August 29, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved an increase in borrow limits exceeding paid-up share capital, free reserves, and securities premium, and an increase in limits for creation of charge or mortgage on company property, both pending shareholder approval.
