Jai Corp Limited names Bigshare Services as RTA, replacing KFin Technologies on August 31, 2026

Jai Corp Limited will appoint Bigshare Services Private Limited as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) effective August 31, 2026, replacing KFin Technologies Limited for electronic connectivity purposes, according to a regulatory filing. The change, previously announced on July 24, 2026, follows communication received from National Securities Depository Limited, and a tripartite agreement between Jai Corp Limited, Bigshare Services Private Limited, and KFin Technologies Limited is currently being finalized.
