Sakuma Exports Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vivek Grover and the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Bhambri as Scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting, along with the re-appointment of M/s Mehta Singhvi & Associates as Internal Auditor for fiscal year 2026-27, during a meeting held on August 29, 2026. The company also finalized the date of book closure from September 24, 2026, to September 29, 2026, and scheduled the Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. through video conferencing.
