Company appoints Joga Singh and Vineet Gupta as directors, auditors for five years

The company announced several key decisions following a board meeting, including the appointment of Mr. Joga Singh and Mr. Vineet Gupta as directors, with brief profiles outlining their experience in the power sector, environmental management, finance, and accounting. Additionally, the board appointed M/s. C S Arora & Associates as Statutory Auditors and M/s. Baldev Arora & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, both for a five-year term commencing April 1, 2026, subject to member approval.
