Dhoot Transmission Limited acquires stakes in subsidiaries for Rs 210.25 crore

Dhoot Transmission Limited announced it has acquired equity shares in its step-down subsidiaries, Dhoot Automotive Systems Private Limited and Dhoot Autocomponents Private Limited, on August 28, 2026. The company acquired 5,02,800 shares of Dhoot Automotive Systems Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of Rs 125.00 crore and 1,110 shares of Dhoot Autocomponents Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of Rs 85.25 crore. Both transactions were conducted at arm’s length and will be used towards repayment of outstanding borrowings, according to a regulatory filing.
