Muthoot Microfin approved issuance of Rs 250 crore in secured debentures with a 24-month tenure

Muthoot Microfin Limited announced that its Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee approved the issuance of 2,50,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) on a private placement basis, with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 250,00,00,000. The NCDs will have a tenure of 24 months, with a deemed date of allotment of September 8, 2026, and a maturity date of September 8, 2028, offering a coupon rate of 9.25% per annum, and will be listed on the BSE Limited.
