Shreeshay Engineers Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Jignesh Thobhani as director, along with the draft Board Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the fiscal year 2025-2026, and fixed the date, time, and place for the 31st Annual General Meeting. The board also appointed M/s. M Rupareliya & Associates as Scrutinizer for the 31st Annual General Meeting and M/s. D G M S & Co. as Internal Auditors for the fiscal years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028.
