Birla Transasia Carpets appoints auditors and directors ahead of annual meeting

Birla Transasia Carpets Limited approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, at a board meeting held August 27, 2026. The company also appointed C P C & Company. as statutory auditor for five years, Ankit Mazumdar as secretarial auditor for five years, and Manish Bhargan Rane and Madhura Ganesh Mahendrakar as independent directors for two years. Shareholders will be able to cast votes electronically between September 25 and September 27, 2026, in preparation for the 51st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026.
