Family Care Hospitals Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, to determine the date, place, and time for its Annual General Meeting, approve the notice and draft Annual Report for the fiscal year 2025-26, and appoint M/s. Ajay Kumar & Co. as Scrutinizer for e-voting at the AGM. The board will also consider fixing a record date for a potential final dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and appoint Purva Sharegistry India Private Limited as the agency for remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM.
