Computer Age Management Services Limited allotted shares to employees under its 2019 scheme

Computer Age Management Services Limited announced the allotment of 1,20,827 equity shares at a face value of Rs 2 each to eligible employees under its Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 28, 2026. The allotment increases the company’s issued and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 49,68,36,756, consisting of 24,84,18,378 equity shares.
