Bharat Petroleum expands services to include electronic and virtual payment systems

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India on August 28, 2026, that it has amended the object clause of its Memorandum of Association to include providing, promoting, developing, and managing electronic and virtual payment systems services, including Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Bharat Quick Response (QR), and payment aggregation, among other payment-related activities, both in India and abroad.
