Dhoot Transmission Limited announced it acquired 75,000 equity shares, at GBP 32 per share, of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dhoot Transmission UK Limited, for an aggregate consideration of GBP 24,00,000 (equivalent to Rs 31,31,57,799) on August 27, 2026. The acquisition, which is a related party transaction, will be used to repay outstanding borrowings of Dhoot Transmission UK Limited, enabling further investment towards business growth and expansion. Dhoot Transmission UK Limited, incorporated in the United Kingdom on January 23, 2007, is engaged in the trading of wiring harnesses and reported a turnover of GBP 74,08,346 (equivalent to Rs 87,74,14,126) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
