IndusInd Bank shareholders approve Mini Ipe, Ganesh Sankaran, and Jagdeep Mallareddy appointments

IndusInd Bank Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Ms. Mini Ipe as a Non-Executive Independent Director for four years, effective August 3, 2026, through August 2, 2030, and Mr. Ganesh Sankaran and Mr. Jagdeep Mallareddy as Whole-time Directors and Key Managerial Personnel for three years, effective August 4, 2026, through August 3, 2029. Ms. Ipe, formerly of Life Insurance Corporation of India, brings experience from Axis Bank and Central Bank of India, while Mr. Sankaran previously held leadership roles at Axis Bank, Federal Bank, and HDFC Bank, and Mr. Mallareddy joins from Piramal Finance Limited.
