Jindal Hotels Limited has announced a book closure from September 16, 2026, to September 22, 2026, for its equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, in connection with the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026, via video conference or other audio-visual means; the company has also fixed September 15, 2026, as the cut-off date for shareholders to vote electronically or attend the AGM.
