Ashapura Minechem Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Chetan Shah as Chief – Strategy & Planning, effective October 1, 2026, with a remuneration of up to Rs 20,00,00,000 per annum. Mr. Shah, a Promoter and current Director of the company, will not seek re-appointment as a director at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026, due to sub-judicial litigation, but will continue in a strategic capacity.
