Sammaan Capital Limited paid Rs 18000 crore on debentures maturing August 28, 2026

Sammaan Capital Limited announced that it has made timely payments of principal and interest amounts on its Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, issued on a private placement basis and listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The company certified payment of Rs 1418.67 crore of interest on debentures with ISIN INE148I07UY7, maturing on August 28, 2026, and redemption of the entire outstanding amount of Rs 18000 crore on the same date.
