Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited will hold a board meeting on September 1, 2026, to approve raising funds through the issue of equity shares and/or convertible warrants via a preferential issue on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
