Maxgrow India Limited named BNK & Associates as statutory auditors for five years

Maxgrow India Limited appointed M/s. BNK & Associates, Chartered Accountants as its statutory auditors, effective August 27, 2026, to hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, and for a term of five consecutive years thereafter, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved the regularization of Mr. Krishnan as an Additional Director, changed the designation of Mr. Amarjit Kumar Shrivastav from Non-executive Independent Director to Non-executive Non-Independent Director, and convened its 33rd Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, with E-Voting scheduled from September 24 to September 27, 2026.
