Paras Petrofils Limited has appointed Ankit Consultancy Private Limited as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), effective from a date to be specified in the execution of an agreement, replacing Bigshare Services Private Limited, which will continue to act as RTA until database and electronic connectivity are transferred. The decision was approved by the company's board of directors at a meeting held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.
