Yug Decor reappoints Chandresh Saraswat as Managing Director for five years

Yug Decor Limited announced the reappointment of Chandresh S. Saraswat as Managing Director for five years, effective February 7, 2027, subject to shareholder approval, and the reappointment of Ankita Saraswat as Whole Time Director for the same duration, also pending shareholder approval. The company also appointed Sunil Thakore as an Additional Director, with the expectation he will become an Independent Director following shareholder approval at the company's 23rd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 26, 2026.
