Artemis ADR Marketplace Limited schedules AGM for September 2026, appoints a scrutinizer

ARTEMIS ADR MARKETPLACE LIMITED, formerly known as Jetmall Spices and Masala Limited, informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the notice for the 14th Annual General Meeting to be held through video conferencing or other audio visual means, fixed September 14, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting, and appointed Mr. Nishant Jain as the scrutinizer for the voting process, while also noting the resignation of Mr. Unni Krishnan Nair as Manager, effective August 10, 2026, and the closure of an Axis Bank current account.
