Kanishk Aluminium India Limited will form Falcon Global Business Limited, trading IT equipment

Kanishk Aluminium India Limited, formerly Kanishk Aluminium India Private Limited, announced its board approved the incorporation of a subsidiary, Falcon Global Business Limited, which will be engaged in the trading of electronic and IT equipment and metals. The listed entity will hold 70% of the shares in the proposed company, with a planned investment of up to Rs 25,00,000, and the incorporation is subject to regulatory approvals. The company will also remain closed from September 21, 2026, to September 24, 2026, for its Eighth Annual General Meeting.
