IndiaNivesh Limited will hold a board meeting on September 1, 2026, to consider the re-appointment of Rajesh Nuwal as Managing Director and Kaushik Jashwantlal Shah as a Non-Executive Director, review the Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and approve the draft Board of Directors Report for the financial year 2025-2026, among other items including the appointment of Jajodia & Associates as Scrutinizer and National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for e-voting facility.
