Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd announced that Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited (BWR) has assigned a rating of BWR A+/Positive to the proposed Non-convertible Debentures programme of Rs. 1,000 crores of the company, as detailed in a letter dated August 27, 2026; no other rating agencies were mentioned, nor were any enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to other instruments indicated, and this pertains solely to the Non-convertible Debentures programme of Rs. 1,000 crores and Non-convertible Debentures programme of Rs. 1,000 crores.
