Anand Rathi allotted Rs 11.4 crore in three-year debentures via private placement

Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited announced the allotment of 1,140 secured, unlisted, and redeemable non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, totaling Rs 11,40,00,000, through a private placement basis. The debentures, which have a tenure of three years, were allotted on August 27, 2026, and will mature on August 27, 2029, with a coupon rate of 9%.
