Centuple Global Limited, formerly known as Checkpoint Treads Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to approve the appointment of a Woman Independent Director and a Statutory Auditor for a five-year period from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, among other items including a related party transaction and a loan from a director for fiscal year 2025-26. The company will also approve the Director’s Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and fix the dates of book closure and the time, venue, and date of the Annual General Meeting, while the trading window for company securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from August 27, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the board meeting’s outcome.
