Shadowfax Technologies Limited increases share capital by allotting equity shares to employees

Shadowfax Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 1,69,338 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees under the Shadowfax Technologies Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2016, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 5,86,56,12,280 comprising 58,65,61,228 equity shares to Rs 5,86,73,05,660 comprising 58,67,30,566 equity shares.
