Info Edge to fully divest from SkyServe via repurchase agreement for about USD 55.55

Info Edge (India) Limited said SkyServe Inc., an investee company in which it holds a 5.55% stake through its wholly-owned subsidiary Redstart Labs (India) Ltd., has proposed a repurchase of Redstart’s 555,556 Series Pre-Seed Preferred Stock, leading to a complete disinvestment by Info Edge from SkyServe. The repurchase, for an aggregate consideration of about USD 55.55, is expected to be completed by September 26, 2026, and will be executed through a Repurchase Agreement to be entered into within one week.
