Optiemus Infracom’s board approved a Rs 56 crore investment in its subsidiary, Optiemus Unmanned Systems

Optiemus Infracom Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Independent Directors Gauri Shankar and Rakesh Kumar Srivastava for a second five-year term, commencing April 1, 2027, pending shareholder approval at the company’s 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026, via video conferencing. The company also approved a further investment of Rs 56,00,00,000 in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optiemus Unmanned Systems Private Limited, acquiring 56,00,000 equity shares on a rights basis.
