Golden Legend Leasing appoints H. Rajen & Co. as statutory auditors for three years

Golden Legand Leasing and Finance Limited informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. H. Rajen & Co. Chartered Accountants as the company's Statutory Auditors from the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 45th AGM, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. The 42nd AGM is scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026, through Video Conferencing or other Audio Visual Means.
