Systematix Corporate Services invests Rs 270 crore in its wealth management subsidiary

Systematix Corporate Services Limited announced an investment of Rs 270 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Systematix Wealth & Asset Services Private Limited, by subscribing to 27,00,000 equity shares at par. The investment will be used to meet the working capital requirements of Systematix Wealth & Asset Services Private Limited, which focuses on alternative investment funds, wealth management, and distribution services and has a turnover of Rs 193.06 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
