Indian Infotech to consider investment, loan limit increases at board meeting

Indian Infotech and Software Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2026, to consider the appointment of an internal auditor and re-appointment of a statutory auditor, among other matters. The board will also consider a proposal to increase the limit for investments, loans, guarantees, and advances to Rs 500 crore, a limit for related party transactions to Rs 250 crore, and borrowing power to Rs 500 crore, all subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
