Leasing & Finance Ltd. has set a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, to determine the eligibility of members for e-voting at its 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
