Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited announced that its board of directors re-appointed Mr. Sanjay Bhanudas Patil as Managing Director for a period of 5 years with effect from August 27, 2026, subject to member approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the convening of the 24th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, and took on record the Directors’ Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
