TATIA GLOBAL VENNTURE LIMITED announced that its members approved the appointment of Mrs. Shoba Nahar as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director w.e.f. August 25, 2026, and Mrs. Balasubramanian Kiruthika as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032, at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting held on August 25, 2026; Mrs. Nahar holds 4,87,560 shares in the company and is the sister of the Chairman and Managing Director, while Mrs. Kiruthika does not hold any shares.
