Shree Securities to convene board meeting September 2nd to review annual report and investments

Shree Securities Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 2, 2026, to consider and approve the company’s report for the year ended March 31, 2026, advance loans, guarantees, and securities, increase the limit of investment in the capital to 49% for foreign portfolio investors, foreign institutional investors, foreign direct investment, and non-resident Indians, and approve a reduction of share capital, among other matters. The trading window for the company's securities will be closed from August 27, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting.
