Mold-Tek Technologies board approves 1:1 bonus share issue and Rs 2 dividend per share

Mold-Tek Technologies Limited announced that its board approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, equivalent to 2,88,05,118 equity shares, totaling Rs 5,76,10,236, to be drawn from the company's free reserves as of March 31, 2026, with implementation expected within two months. The board also recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.00 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and scheduled the 42nd Annual General Meeting for September 21, 2026.
